Dr. Valorie Prahl has been in active practice since she graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in December of 1984. She has always had an interest in holistic health care, and has continually expanded her expertise in functional health care, family practice, internal disorders and wellness. She completed her certification as a Certified Clinical Nutritionist in 2000 and received her Diplomat in Clinical Nutrition in 2003.




Lisa Gudenkauf, Lisa is from Manchester, IA and a recent 2004 graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy in Stone City, IA, as well as a B.A. from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and Certified by the Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.
